A mix of duos, remixes and re-workings by an incredible array of artists all using as a starting point new material by Laura Cannell. 

The 12 track album is of no fixed genre, the artists are at the core, and the thread is Cannell’s music. Alongside Laura Cannell it features an incredible line up of UK, USA and Ireland based musicians: 

Gazelle Twin, Kathryn Tickell OBE, Lori Goldston (Earth/Nirvana), Nik Colk Void (Factory Floor/Carter/Tutti/Void), Rakhi Singh (Manchester Collective/Vessel) and Kate Ellis (Crash Ensemble & currently touring with Bono).

Today I am very happy to announce that I’ve been awarded the Arts Council’s DYCP Grant (Developing Your Creative Practice). This is to enable me to work on a very exciting new solo project/release.
